Religious Diversity Journeys Deadline: Oct. 20, 2017

For the past several years, 7th grade students from Dearborn have been able to participate in the Religious Diversity Journeys program with 7th graders from other local school districts. The Religious Diversity Journeys program allows students to learn about people of different faiths through field trips to churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, and other places of worship. 7th graders interested in participating in the program may pick up an applications from the office. Student applying should be in good academic standing (no D’s or E’s). Applications need to be returned to the office no later than Friday, October 20th.

You Are Invited to Boundary Changes Forums

Students, staff, parents, and community members are invited to attend these community forums that will provide information on the proposed boundary line changes for Dearborn, Edsel Ford, and Fordson High Schools. Those in attendance will be able to share their thoughts, offer constructive feedback, and help the Board of Education in its decision making process. The same information will be presented at each forum allowing parents and other community members to attend any meeting that is convenient for their schedule. Parents with children at the elementary level can attend any one of the boundary changes forums  at any location.

The Stout Forum will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 06, 2017. Here is the full schedule:
