Michael Berry Career Center is having a College & Career Night on Thursday, February 15, 5:00 – 7:00 pm. All Dearborn middle and high school students , along with their families, are
invited to attend and explore exciting programs available to prepare them for life after high school, how to get into college, how college works, and how to best prepare for the in-demand, high-paying jobs of tomorrow. The event is free.

The Arab American National Museum’s (AANM) SURA Arts Academy is a 10-week photography course for students ages 10-16 . Students explore, document, and learn the art of photography. They have the opportunity to speak with professional photographers and explore their community, identity, and culture through the lens of their camera. This semester, the theme for the class is harmony, unity, and community, with a focus on social justice and empowerment through not only their camera lens but through social media as students take control of the AANM Instagram page!
Class dates Tuesday, Feb. 6 – April 24 from 4:30-6:30pm .
Fee: $50 AANM Members; $75 General Public.
Registration deadline: Friday, Feb. 2, 5pm .
Scholarships awarded based on financial need and availability. Spots are limited.
