Covenant Community Care Family Dental Center will be providing some free professional dental preventive services at Stout Middle School at a date to be announced later. The services include: dental examinations, x-rays, teeth cleaning, sealants, and fluorides. There will be no out of pocket cost for preventive services performed at your child’s school.
In case your child needs additional restorative or emergency treatment, your child will be referred for the rest of their care to Covenant Community Care Family Dental Center at 5716 Michigan Ave, Detroit 48210.
If your child does not have dental insurance, dental services will be provided at no cost to you due to an arrangement with your child’s school. However, If your child has dental insurance or Medicaid, Covenant will bill the child’s insurance company for you. If duplicate services are received during follow- up care obtained at your child’s dental home, insurance benefits may be affected.
