Students at Stout Middle School Choir have been chosen to give a ‘Grand Slam’ performance and open the pre-game by singing the nation’s National Anthem when the Detroit Tigers square off with the Oakland A’s, at Comerica Park on Tuesday, April 26. The Stout Choir will kick things off with their performance of “The Star Spangled Banner.”
After submitting a video tape of the choir to the organization, Stout heard back from the Tigers to perform in front of thousands of fans.
