The City of Dearborn has declared a snow emergency beginning 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13.
All parked vehicles must be removed from streets within city limits to allow snow plows. Vechiles that remain on the streets will be ticketed $80.
Warning sirens will sound at 9 p.m. to announce the snow emergency, according to a release from the City of Dearborn, with a possible second siren at 10 p.m. and a third Thursday morning, as a reminder to remove parked vehicles from the streets.
Parked cars must be kept off the streets until the emergency is over, even if the streets have been plowed.
