Hello Parents,
Here are the links if you wish to sign your child up for either Language arts or Math Tutoring or for Creative Writing Club. Your child must commit to attend both sessions each week from 3:30-5:00. The students will be allowed to ride the activity bus home. Once your child fills out this form, the teachers running the sessions will contact your child to inform them of the days they should attend.
Tutoring: Here is the form to fill out if you wish to attend tutoring in math or language arts. This is meant to help your child in their skills and improve their grades in these subjects. Once they sign up, the teachers who run the tutoring sessions will contact them to let them know which days to attend.
