STOUT MIDDLE SCHOOL

Stout is Changing Colors for Good Causes

orangeStout Middle School is changing its colors, but that has nothing to do with Autumn.  On Wednesday, Oct. 14th, grades 6 to 8 will compete in the “Orange Out” day to support the end of bullying, as October is the National Bullying Prevention Month. A special treat will be awarded to the “orangiest” grade!
pink colorThe Next day, Thursday, Oct. 22nd, the school will
turn “pinkish!” Our school will be competing against Lowrey Middle School in a “Pink Out” event. To participate, wear pink and donate at least $1.00. Funds will go to help cancer patients who cannot afford to pay for their expenses while undergoing treatment.

If we win, Lowrey’s Athletic Director, principals, and girls’ basketball coach will have to wear Stout’s gear for the day! However, if we lose, Mr. Oke, Ms. Cizek, Mrs. Reed, and Mr. Serazio will have to wear Lowrey gear for the day! We cannot allow our friends to wear Lowrey’s gear here at Stout! WE simply have to win and avoid embarrassing our staff. GO PINK, GO FALCONS!!!!!!

Remember, I T IS FOR A GOOD CAUSE!
