Stout Students Speak to the U.S. Surgeon General

Stout Middle School was one of three schools chosen nationwide (out of 1,000 participating schools) to join a virtual town hall meeting with U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek Murthy, titled, “Connections and Well-Being: A Celebration of Knowing Your Classmates.”  Our 8th graders, Anood Mozip and Zahraa Berro spoke eloquently and represented our school and community very well. Thank you to Mrs. Wiacek for being the contact for our school to participate in such a powerful and prestigious event.
