Stout Middle School would like to thank Henry Ford Hospital for coming to our school today and completing over 65 student sports physical examinations for FREE. We also appreciate the gift bags that the students received.
All students must have an updated sports physical submitted to schools each year to be eligible to participate in school sports… so this was very helpful to many of our students!
