Each year Mrs. Robinson tries to have some sort of “Battle” with her students to help others in need. This year they talked about the need for SOCKS, the NUMBER ONE thing requested at homeless shelters. So, Mrs. Robinson’s challenge to her students was to donate as many NEW pairs of socks for the homeless, which Mrs. Robinson will take to a local shelter.

The battle lasted 6 weeks and when dust settled, Mrs. Robinson’s class collectively collected an amazing 630 pairs of socks exceeding last year’s 500 pairs. That is 26% increase. So a big congratulation is due!
