Dear Parents/Guardians of Stout Middle School Students:
Our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, November 8th and Wednesday, November 10th from 3:45 PM – 6:45 PM.
Monday will be held in person in the building
Wednesday will be held via Zoom.
Parents should use the My Conference Time website to sign up for both in person and Zoom conference times.
Parents may choose to sign up for either night.
Please make only one appointment per teacher so that all parents have access to time slots with their student’s teachers.
If a translator is needed, please email each teacher to let them know.
All conferences must be made in advance.
Please note that teachers will be available to see only those parents who have scheduled a conference time through the My Conference Time website.
On Wednesday you can then attend your conference with a teacher by clicking that teacher’s Zoom link at or just before your scheduled conference time.
We ask that you set your Zoom screen name to be your student’s full name when joining the Zoom conference.
Unless you feel it is necessary, please do not schedule a meeting with your student’s advisory teacher.
Parents may begin to sign up. Call Mrs. Fadia Samhat at 313 827-4600.
Use the steps below to begin signing up for confierences:
Directions for signing up for multiple parent-teacher conferences:
1. Please go tohttps://www.myconferencetime.com/stoutfalcons/
2. Click on the link “Register for Multiple Conferences”.
3. Enter the number of students who will be registered for conferences. ClickContinue.
4. Enter each student’s first and last name, including other required information. (Email address is not required, however, if you enter one, you will receive an email confirmation) Click Continue.
5. Check the box next to all the teachers with whom you would like to conference. Click “Find Schedules with Common Dates”.
6. The screen shows available dates of the selected teachers. Click on the day you would like to meet with the teachers.
7. Using the chart, Click the students’ name and desired time for each teacher. Click “Sign up for Selected Conferences” at the bottom of the page.
8. The next page confirms you now have the requested date and time reserved for the parent-teacher conference. If you entered your email address correctly, you will receive a confirmation email.
Directions for signing up for one parent-teacher conference (with just one teacher):
1. Please go to https://www.myconferencetime.com/stoutfalcons/
2. Find and Click on the name of your student’s teacher.
3. Select your preferred date and time and Click “Sign Up”.
4. Enter the required information. (Email address is not required, however, if you enter one, you will receive an email confirmation.).
5. Click on “Sign Up for Your Conference” near the bottom of the screen.
6. The next page confirms you have the requested date and time of the conference. If you entered your email address correctly, you will receive a confirmation email.
An email confirmation will be sent to you. In that email you will be given the option to change or cancel your appointment if you need to do so. Click on the link in that email and follow the directions on the screen.
Directions for conferences the night of:
- Click on the Zoom link and you will be admitted to that teacher’s waiting room.
If you are unable to sign up for a time and date online, please contact your child’s teacher directly via email.
