أعزائي أهالي وجالية مدرسة ستاوت المتوسطة تقوم مقاطعة واين بتنفيذ مشروع أشغال كبير على بوليفارد آوكوود يتضمن قسما أمام مدرسة ستاوت مباشرة. وقد تم إختزال حركة المرور إلى مسارٍ واحد فقط في جميع الإتجاهات. كما تم منع الإلتفاف إلى اليسار كلياً على البوليفارد ولذلك لا يمكن الدخول إلى المدرسة ومواقفها إلا عبر الإلتفاف يميناً علماً…
