Parents and Guardians,
Please sign up for our official Schoology page for pertinent information and updates as they relate to Stout Middle School.
Go to Schoology, log in, click on “groups”, select “my groups”, and click “join a group”. You will prompted to enter this access code: BTBT-NFWN-MSP9Z. After entering the code, please click “join”.
Your username for Schoology is the same as for Parent Connect except that it has the letter “p” in front of it. For example, if my username for Parent Connect was 20091234, my Schoology username would be p20091234. Your password remains the same.
We look forward to seeing you on Schoology!
Middle school students started a new schedule for virtual learning this past Monday (11/16). Student are now attending every class on Zoom each day of the week. All middle schools in the school district have switched to this new schedule with slight variations based on individual building needs.
We will be moving to a new schedule for remote learning on Monday, November 16th. The new schedule will allow students to see each of their teachers every day. Please read the letter and review the schedule that is included with this post.
Don’t forget that Parent-Teacher Conferences are this week! Conferences will be held virtually using Zoom on Monday & Wednesday evening from 3:30 until 7:00. Teachers emailed parents directions explaining how to sign up for a conference time on Zoom. There are still appointments available for parents who have not signed up yet.
In addition to meeting with parents on Zoom, some teachers prepared videos to share information about their classes. The links to these videos are included on the flyer that’s linked below.
The boys basketball teams and girls swimming team have their first contests this week. In order to insure social distancing, students who are not part of the team will not be able to attend athletic contests. For swim meets, each student-athlete is allowed one adult spectator at all home and away contests. For basketball games, each student-athlete is allowed two adult spectators. The fall sports schedule is linked below.
