Stout middle School will be having intramural soccer for 6th grader boys and girls.

• Students must form teams of 10-12
• There will be 4 teams If more than 4 teams are submitted, then 4 will be selected randomly.
• Please turn in the teams to Mr. Haddad in room F4.
• The team list must include the first and last name of each student who will participate.
• Each member will need to return a signed permission slip to be allowed to play.
• Students must also have a 0 or higher on their report card to participate.
• The deadline to turn in teams isThursday, October 20th.
• The first day for games will be onTuesday, October 25th from 3:00-5:00.
• There will be after school buses to take you home.
