Dear Parent/Guardians,
Ms. Schulkey class will be celebrating cultural diversity in its Social Studies classroom by sharing their favorite foods! They will have the “Foods of Our Cultures” Day on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Ms. Schulkey’s students may bring in a favorite dish to share with their classmates. Students that want to bring in food only need to bring in enough for their fellow classmates to sample.
Since there are students who have severe food allergies to peanuts, pistachios, and/or cashews, it is EXTREMELY important that there is strict avoidance to any dish that contains peanuts, pistachios and/or cashews in order to prevent a life-threatening allergic reaction.
