One of our secretaries received a phone call from Pat Hicks from Pennsylvania who was going through her grandmother’s papers and saw an article that mentioned that Janette Picard (the grandmother) had a monument at Stout Middle School. She wasn’t sure if it’s a plaque or a rock outside on our school premises. It might have been a small thing for us, but it sure was big issue to Ms. Hicks. And so a quick investigation revealed the following images.
