Students from elementary through high school will share dealing with feelings in positive ways and helping others using music, stories, and songs to promote positive behavior and prevent bullying.  The event is set to the music and themes from the popular Disney movie “Inside Out” and shares the lessons:

  • If you’re hurt, angry or sad don’t hide behind a Mask;
  • Don’t keep your feelings bottled up inside;
  • Find peace within your mind, body and soul;
  • Unravel your thoughts . . . speak, talk and share those feelings;
  • Find comfort and let others help you;
  • Discover peace within yourself and be happy;
