Some of our students at Stout had two great trips in November. First came the Digital Divas STEM trip on Friday, Nov. 04, 2016. Then, on Monday, Nov. 06, 2016 came the trip to Oakland University. Here are s ome photos:

The PTA meeting scheduled for tonight, Nov. 10 has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 17, due to conflicts. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Instead you can go support the Stout Girls Basketball Team in the championship game tonight, Nov. 10, at 5:30 pm at Edsel Ford–Go Falcons!!

The Dearborn Height Ski & Snowboard Club is offering so many interesting trips to students from 6th to 12th Grade (highly recommended after the nail-biting Presidential Elections.) for more information please call Dearborn Heights Parks & Recreation Department at : (313) 791-3600 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

School districts in Wayne County have placed a proposal on the November 8th ballot to provide added funding for our schools. It is the “Regional Enhancement Millage Proposal.” If approved by the entire county, the 2 mil proposal will generate approximately $6.2 million from Dearborn but the District will receive $7.8 million in additional funding…

  On Thursday, November 3th, Stout Girls Basketball Team beat UNIS Team by a score 34 – 20 (I think!) Thus they advance to the Finals and they will play Bryant for the championship on Thursday, Nov. 10. They have played Bryant Girls twice during the regular season, winning one and losing one! GO GIRLS…

Tuesday, November 8th, is the All Teachers – Professional Development Day. Students will have NO SCHOOL! Teachers, on the other hand, will. So, stay up late the night before, sleep longer in the morning, enjoy your day off, but mostly stay out of trouble!

On Wednesday November 16th, Stout will be having a Pajama Day! YES! You can actually come to school in your comfortable PJ’s!!! Pay $1 as a donation to Stout’s Be1 AntiBullying Club and wear your favorite pajamas. Of course the dress code still applies so make sure your tops have sleeves, and if you are wearing a nightshirt, make sure to…
