Starting at 9:00 am, Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, Dentists R Us will be performing some free dental preventive services in the Team Room at Stout Middle School. So please take advantage of this opportunity and visit Mr. Sabra’s who will print the required form for your parents/guardian to fill in and sign. Parents can pick up the form during the Parent-Teacher conferences on Monday, Oct. 24th and on Wednesday, Oct. 26th. It is your teeth, so take good care of it.
