STOUT MIDDLE SCHOOL

Earth Day Activities at Stout Middle School

Today, Friday, April 22 is Earth Day. Students learned about ways that we all can help protect our Earth. Students discussed ways that we all can decrease our carbon footprint, learned how we can utilize the Three R’s (recycling, reusing, reducing), and took part in activities that help us learn how to protect the water supply in Dearborn. Classes also participated in activities to help keep our “green areas” healthy and beautiful around the school with hands-on tasks in the Stout Courtyard and garden areas. The students loved learning about Earth Day while having fun!
