As you might remember – or not – Stout Middle School asked you last year to apply for some free dental work offered to s by one of the mobile dental clinics. Unfortunately only 6 people applied, which was below the minimum number required by the clinic to send its mobile unit to Stout. This year, however, we are teaming with another clinic called Dentists R Us. This clinic offers the same free services without having a minimal number. So please take advantage of this opportunity, specially if you do not have dental coverage to help your kids maintain their teeth health. All you have to do is click on the link below to download or print the 4rth page form, fill it out, and send it with your child to our school. If you do not have a computer, ask your child to visit the Community Liaison, Mr. Sabra, who will print the form.
