A free health fair will take place this Saturday May 6 from 10 am until 4 pm at the Islamic Institute of Knowledge located at 6345 Schaefer Rd, Dearborn. This fair is for both adults and children. All services are free of charge. They include:- blood pressure/blood sugar/cholesterol /kidney/ mental health/ autism screening;
- free specialty doctor visits ( pediatrics , endocrinology, cardiology , internal medicine , family medicine, women’s health);
- free medications and medication consultation, free dental cleaning.
- MRI, CT scans, X-ray, chiropractic vouchers will also be available.
- Additional satellite services including legal advice and home senior care training and employment opportunity and recruitment.
These services are offered for both insured and uninsured individuals.
Free Transportations from specific locations can be arranged to and from the health fair. Lunch will be also provided at no cost.
