The free preventive dental services at Stout Middle School to help maintain students’ teeth health have been rescheduled to Friday, Jan. 25, 2018 because we didn’t get enough students to sign in. Please visit Mr. Sabra, who will print the form for you. You can also pick up the form from the main office any time between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.
