The GEOBEE contest took place on Friday, Jan. 26 in the Team Meeting Room. Out of 43 registered students, 28 participated. In the preliminary round, 6 students qualified, while a tie breaker of 7 rounds was needed to select another 4. The 10 finalists were thinned to 2: Joshua Steinhebel and Ahmed Elnemr. After a long duel, Joshua was declared the School’s Champion while Amen Salha and Aya Barakat shared the 3rd spot. Congratulations and a big “thank you” to everyone who participated or helped.
