The seminar is designed to focus on career programs offered at HFC that are non-traditional areas of study for women. Program faculty and matriculating students will speak to program requirements, offer lab demonstrations, and discuss employment opportunities for the programs being highlighted.
We will begin our morning with a free continental breakfast and end our day of activities with a free lunch and door prizes. We are hopeful that you have female students (seniors in high school or 18 and older) who would be interested in participating in our event; they are cordially invited and encouraged to attend.
The student should be able to be excused for the day, providing they bring back proof of attendance and participation the full day at HFC. The student shall contact the persons noted below on the invite, in advance, to request a certificate or paperwork of sorts with their name on it upon completion, for validation.
