The Ready, Set, Move DSEHP Challenge is an individual—based challenge open to all Dearborn School employees and spouses. Registration begins September 26th. The challenge starts October 10th and runs through November 21st. During this time, you will be able to track all of your activity, including simple, every-day activities, like walking and biking.
Challenge requirements:
- Average 30 minutes of activity per day
- Enter your activity data for at least 14 days during the challenge (The more active you are the better)
Track your activity using a wearable device such as Fitbit or you may manually enter your activities into the iStrive portal. Be sure to sync your wearable device in order to track your activity automatically.
All participants who meet the challenge requirements will be entered into a drawing for $100.00. The top three participants with the highest level of activity will receive $50.00 each.
