Livonia, Michigan – Michigan PTA President, Ms. Sibyl Collins Wilson, 52, passed suddenly Wednesday evening surrounded by friends, church family, her beloved sons, Samuel, Michael, Paul, and her mother, Mrs. Vivian Collins.
